The story behind CTOSide
CTOSide began with conversations about that gap. Founders with a clear business opportunity wanted an experienced partner to help them build, choose, and lead.
Where it started
A recurring question became a focused idea.
Startup founders approached Reza Sahebozamani about taking on a CTO role. Many came from nontechnical backgrounds. They understood the market they wanted to serve, but needed someone to connect that understanding to product and engineering decisions.
Those conversations raised a useful question: could founders get the leadership they needed through a role designed around their stage, rather than waiting until a full-time executive hire made sense?
CTOSide is the answer we are building. A practical partnership that brings senior technology judgment and product direction into the business, with clear responsibilities and a defined working rhythm.
The name reflects the intention: a CTO by your side, close enough to understand the business and help move it forward.
